Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all operational contractors in line with SLAs and company standards
  • Monitor contractor performance
  • Complete reporting on contractor performance
  • Ensure all operational tasks are completed in line with company standards
  • Oversee the management of large property portfolio
  • Manage operational budgets
  • Onboard new contractors and offboard under performing contractors
  • Manage contractor application and chose best fit
  • Achieve operational KPIs
  • Complete operational quality checks
  • Oversee property compliance
  • Oversee company vehicle fleet
  • Support client management team in delivering high standards to our clients
  • Facilitate company Audits

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Contractor management

  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Strong admin skills
  • Experience in meeting targets and KPIs
  • The ability to make informed decisions quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to comprehend information thoroughly and understand its significance

Office Hours

Full-time Monday to Friday. Working environments include our head office and on the road. 9:00-17:30. One hour lunch 12.30-1.30 -
