As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of influencer marketing and event planning.
The Role
As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you’ll assist in the development and execution of influencer programs, support event planning and guest-listing, and help manage day-to-day tasks that keep our campaigns running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to learn about influencer marketing, PR, and community building while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Influencer Program Support:
- Assist in identifying and researching relevant influencers for brand collaborations.
- Support the team in influencer outreach and engagement.
- Help manage influencer guestlists and ensure the right mix of talent for events.
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Assist in organising and coordinating virtual and in-person influencer events.
- Help manage logistics, including venue research, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
- Support event execution, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and aligns with brand objectives.
Client & Account Support:
- Help manage multiple projects, including tracking timelines and milestones.
- Provide organisational support such as contract management, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Assist in budget tracking and reporting for influencer and event activities.
Project Administrative Support:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the project are on track.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media platforms to track influencer and community engagement.
- Support the development of strategies to build and maintain engaged communities around client brands.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and event planning.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and creative mindset, comfortable with uncertainty and change.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer marketing trends.
- Experience with virtual and/or in-person events is a plus.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms is an added bonus but not required.
