As we embark on this thrilling new chapter, we are searching for a skilled and dedicated Food & Beverage Director to join our team and be a part of this exciting new world.

About you as Food & Beverage Director

We are looking for an outstanding Food & Beverage Director who wants to be able to put your own stamp on it. Working closely with our General Manager, Executive Head Chef and the F&B Concept Company named the Gorgeous Group, this will be integral to driving Food and Beverage standards across all areas within the hotel. Adding value throughout the operation driving consistency, supporting sales and maximising on revenue opportunities, forecasting and managing payroll, whilst attracting, retaining and developing talent.

Ultimately, ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience and the highest standards of service are delivered throughout the property providing exemplary guest satisfaction.

The Ideal Food & Beverage Director:

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Director in a 4* or 5* property
  • A genuine desire to create and engage with all of our guests at every opportunity with them
  • Excellent leadership skills who have the ability to develop and lead your team
  • A passion for hospitality with a flair for food & drink
  • To be an effective, efficient and confident communicator at all levels
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
