DescriptionDo you have strong attention to detail and the skills to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Do you have experience of managing a team within an operational environment Are you passionate about delivering a fantastic experience to new and existing colleaguesWe are looking for the right type of person who can lead the team through periods of high volume fast paced work that requires motivating the team to deliver with minimal margin for errors.If this sounds like you and you are looking for a new role then based within the Colleague Experience team our Onboarding Advisor role could be just the role for you.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesManaging the end-to-end colleague experience from pre-employment to onboarding to offboarding.Line management of the team responsible for processing candidates through pre-employment and onboarding.Completing the required pre-employment checks to ensure that all the documentation is correct before candidates are processed for payroll.Engaging with candidates to identify and arrange any necessary reasonable adjustments ahead of start dates.Maintaining effective communications and relationship management throughout the onboarding process to support all our new entrants.Supporting managers to navigate the Oracle HR system to ensure that payroll onboarding and offboarding activities are carried out correctly.Managing sensitive candidate and colleague information in line with GDPR.Supporting the delivery of candidate or colleague information sessions which may have up to 100 attendees.QualificationsSuccess ProfilesWe use an assessment framework called Success Profiles which lists the elements we test and provides detailed descriptions of each. Find out more about how we assess the Success Profile elements.Experience:Experience of managing a team of people within an operational environment.Technical / Professional Skills:You will demonstrate the following skills within the CIPD Framework - Explore the Profession Map CIPD.Employee Relations: People Policies1.
