Working across the Pavers and Jones Bootmaker websites, you will be supporting the E-Commerce team in various tasks, including website maintenance and content updates, promotional activities, reporting/analysis and product intake.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is a team player, has a real can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities for our E-Commerce Trading Executive

  • Assist in the execution of online promotions and marketing campaigns, ensuring all website content changes are briefed in and tested ahead of launch
  • Ensure all new products are listed correctly and on time, monitoring and fixing any errors
  • Ensure that product and collection pages across the website are optimised for a seamless shopping experience
  • Support the team in analysing website data and identifying trends and opportunities
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates and customer feedback
  • Assist in competitor analysis to benchmark website and product performance
  • Carry out daily website checks and monitor the team inbox to address and resolve any website issues and bugs that are raised
