About the Role: Were looking to add a Pipe Fitters Mate to join our growing team, to assist the installation team in installing industrial Compressed Air, Nitrogen and pipework systems on our customer sites. Youll be supporting experienced pipe fitters with the installation of industrial compressed air equipment and pipework systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and progress within a specialist industry. This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to learn the technical side of the compressed air industry by working along side experienced installation engineers. As Authorised Distributors of HPC / KAESER Compressed Air Equipment, Prevost Aluminium Pipework Systems and Geberit Mapress Pipework Systems, you will be working with high quality products and materials, installing to then highest industry standards.Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation of compressed air pipework systems. - Support the fitting and connection of compressors, filters, dryers, and air receivers. - Measure, cut, and prepare pipework and fittings under supervision. - Help maintain tools, vehicles, and materials in good working order. - Follow health and safety procedures and site requirements at all times. - Work both on-site and occasionally in workshop environments as required. - Keen to learn new skills and have the initiative to ask questions to develop industry knowledge - Undertake industry / Heath and Safety Training as requiredWhat Were Looking For: - Some experience from a similar field such as; mechanical fitting, Industrial plumbing, or industrial installations (preferred but not essential). - A good understanding of hand and power tools. - Physically fit and able to work in active environments. - A strong work ethic and willingness to learn from senior team members. - CSCS card (preferred but not essential. - Full UK driving licenceWhat We Offer: - Competitive pay and overtime opportunities. - On-the-job training and career progression within the compressed air industry. - A supportive team environment. - Company uniform and PPE provided.If youre eager to build a career in mechanical installation and enjoy hands-on work, wed love to hear from youTPBN1_UKTJ
