Infrastructure Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our team and drive the seamless implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure and security. This standalone role is pivotal in maintaining the robustness and efficiency of our IT services, ensuring continuous improvement and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of infrastructure upgrades and service availability, including our Azure estate.
• Maintain proactive monitoring, security, and compliance of IT systems.
• Act as the primary escalation point for IT-related issues across The Wine Society.
• Foster effective relationships across all levels, advocating for the alignment of IT and operational needs.
• Drive vendor selection processes and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Conduct regular security reviews and training sessions to ensure compliance and data protection.

Skills and Experience:

• Essential: Experience with Windows Server, Virtualisation (VMware or Hyper-V), Azure, vendor management, and Microsoft 365.
• Desirable: Knowledge of cybersecurity measures (e.g., Cyber Essentials) and networking principles.
