SQL Server DBA / Developer - Join Our Dynamic Team

Are you a skilled SQL Server / DBA Developer ready to make an impact? We're looking for a hands-on SQL expert to join our team and drive the development of customer-facing portals, core administration systems, and analytics platforms. In this role, you'll be a vital part of the IT team, collaborating to resolve issues and ensure our business-critical applications stay at peak performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and Administer SQL Server Databases: Create views, stored procedures, and SSIS packages using Visual Studio.
  • Technical Leadership: Offer guidance on development processes and operational support for solutions, providing 2nd and 3rd line incident management.
  • Optimize Performance: Monitor and tune SQL Server performance to ensure our systems run seamlessly.
  • Collaborate on DevOps & Automation: Work with IT teams to enhance our DevOps framework and drive automation for streamlined development and release processes.
  • Incident Resolution & Support: Participate in major incident resolutions, post-incident reviews, and provide technical assessments for changes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with external software/service providers and internal teams to solve complex issues and innovate new solutions.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a SQL Server Developer, with expertise in database administration, SSIS, and data analytics.
  • Skills: Strong in T-SQL development, deployment processes, and familiarity with CI/CD concepts.
  • Problem-Solver: A detail-oriented, organized professional with a knack for troubleshooting and customer-focused support.
  • Added Advantage: Experience building APIs and RESTful services.
