They provide comprehensive surgical services including Orthopaedics, General, Colorectal, Endoscopy, Gynaecology, ENT, Cardiac, Respiratory, Urology, and Pain Management. In this Lead Scrub Practitioner role, you can expect to:
- Provide visible clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the Theatre team.
- Collaborate closely with a strong leadership team to grow the hospital's Orthopaedics service.
- Ensure the preparation and readiness of operating theatres and suites.
To apply, you must be a qualified RGN (with NMC registration) or ODP (with HCPC registration) with experience as a Lead Theatre Practitioner. We also welcome experienced Senior Theatre Practitioners looking to step into a management role. Experience in orthopaedics is essential.
