Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery. Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all engineering activities. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source replacement parts and equipment when necessary. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and productivity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Plant Engineer in an industrial manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, automation systems, and PLCs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in an industrial environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
