Principal Designer : CDM RegulationsCroydon£55k-£65k plus benefitsAre you a structural engineer with several years' experience? Our client is seeking a principal design engineer to join their busy team in Croydon supporting the delivery of a range of structural and civil schemes.Your role will be working on a variety of challenging and interesting schemes covering a range of sectors.The role:To undertake principal designer duties, including site visits, preparation of the pre- construction documentationTo assist in the preparation of health and safety /CDM documentation for contractors and othersTo manage projects to the agreed project budgetary limits and time scalesTo attend design & site meetings and carryout site inspectionsTo work collaboratively with colleagues and keep them informed of issues on projects About you:Experience of CDM/Health and Safety issuesHNC, HND, BSc or MSc (or equivalent) in a construction-related topicSelf-motivated - whether based in the office, on site or at homeGood communication, interpersonal and organisational skillsGood understanding of appropriate legislation Alongside a competitive salary, our client is offering this role as potential hybrid, allowing the successful candidate to work in the office, on site and at home.Are you ready for the next step in your career?
