THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of this role is to produce high-quality self-serve dashboards and foundational data enablement products


In this role you will be:

  • Interacting with varied group of stakeholders to drive the understanding of customers across the organisation, shaping future strategy, improving customer experience and driving revenue
  • Develop and maintain the self-serve dashboards helping the business become closer to their customers
  • Developing their customer data ETL pipelines
  • Helping to democratise data in a controlled manner, ensuring the analysts have access to reliable and consistent data for analysis
  • Working within a new young data team to help build out the data infrastructure from a BI perspective in the company


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful when applying for this role you will need:

  • The full right to work in the UK
  • Proficiency using Power BI for dashboarding and reporting to help create actionable and self-serve solutions
  • Proficiency using SQL
  • You have built and managed data workflows across tools such as Airflow or Databricks
  • You have worked with customer/commercial data before and can provide insights
  • You have previously worked on projects providing insight to maximise revenue
