Partnership Coordinator

Were looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Partnership this role youll be the primary point of contact for our network garages handling subscription queries and ensuring smooth communication with key suppliers and partners. Youll manage new applications and terminations maintain an accurate garage database and collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing Finance and Central Operations to support network communications payments and promotional materials.Key Responsibilities;Being the main point of contact for network garages to resolve queries relating to their subscription.Liaising with key suppliers and partners to deal with anything relating to their support of the network.Process new garage applications and terminations of expiring garages.Maintain the network garage database and ensure it is as accurate as possible.Working with key internal stakeholders including:the marketing team to ensure marketing collateral (printed and digital) is kept up to date and support content gathering for newsletters and other communicationsthe finance team to ensure subscriptions are collected and any commission payments are raised in accordance with contracts. Ensure payments to suppliers are completed in line with contracts. central operations to manage branch and regional communications regarding the networkPlan and co-ordinate network events such as training events and regional meetingsUndertake general administration and filing duties as required.Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook as required.
