Job Description:
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for civil engineering projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate project costing.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Conduct site visits to gather relevant information for estimating purposes.
- Provide expert technical advice and guidance to the project team.
The Role:
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in the success of our client’s projects. You will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of civil engineering projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise in cost estimation and project management will contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in civil engineering estimation.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering techniques and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
