Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1 teaching; prior experience or exposure to SEN settings is preferred
  • A creative patient approach to teaching with the ability to engage and motivate young learners in an SEN environment ensuring that each child feels supported and valued
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with SEN professionals parents and support staff to foster a cohesive collaborative approach to each students education
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth particularly in SENfocused strategies to enhance your effectiveness and impact as a teacher
  • A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is required to maintain the safety and wellbeing of all students under your care
