Whether its a glow up or a game changing product theyre after youll be part of making every customer feel their absolute best.About the roleReporting to the Assistant Manager youll work across all premium/luxury beauty brands offering expert unbiased advice to customers giving them the best experience in store.This is a sales-based role. Youll have targets to meet and were about working as a team (not competing against each other for sales) so you wont be on performance-based commission. Instead we provide up to 1000* annual product allowance for you personally test love and recommend our products.This is a fun place to be so youll really get to use your sales and communication skills as you approach and interact with lots of customers with a variety of needs throughout the day.Were proud of our stores so you will always keep the premium beauty hall and make up counters looking their best.
