Our client is based near Tadley - (Ability to arrange own travel to and from the office is essential)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our projects, ensuring precise measurements and data collection to support our client's construction and development efforts.Key Responsibilities * Land Surveying: Conduct land surveys using precision surveying equipment and technology to establish accurate surveys of topographic features and construction reference points. * Data Collection: Accurately collect and record field data, measurements, and survey results. Ensure data integrity and organisation. * Data Processing: Create detailed survey drawings and reports using AutoCAD or other relevant software, illustrating recorded details. * Support: Collaborate with clients and the office to provide survey support. * Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.Qualifications:Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful projects.Proficiency with land surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and standards.Additional Requirements:Full UK Drivers LicenceAbility to work independently.Flexible with shift patterns, including night work.Benefits:Competitive salaryFriendly and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects
