ASWATAX provides high-quality, tailored tax advice and consultancy services to business owners, wealthy individuals, property developers and landlords, whilst also partnering with professional intermediaries such as accountancy and law firms. Specialising in areas such as inheritance tax planning, corporate restructuring, Employee Ownership Trust sales, R&D claims, and international tax matters, we offer comprehensive solutions to meet our clients' needs.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing/Social Media Executive at ASWATAX. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and overall marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with clients. Daily tasks include developing marketing campaigns, conducting market analysis, communicating with stakeholders, and driving sales initiatives.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of marketing campaigns across various platforms (email, social media, etc.)
  • Edit and optimise campaign content for different channels, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new campaign ideas
  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and production of podcasts, including coordinating guest appearances, editing audio content, and ensuring timely release across platforms.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement
  • Maintain and update marketing content across digital platforms, including website and social media
  • Support the coordination of events and promotional activities
  • Assist with the creation of promotional materials, including graphics and written content
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep campaigns fresh and relevant
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop strategies for growth and client relationships.


Key Skills and Requirements:


  • Experience with marketing software/tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media management tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Graphic design or editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • Creative and innovative thinker, with an eye for detail.


Desirable:


  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
  • Previous experience in a marketing role is a plus
  • Knowledge of tax consultancy or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


Salary & Benefits:


• £26 - £35k (based on experience) + bonus based on KPIs

• Remote working

• Flexible hours: 25 - 40 hours considered.
