Night Transport controller

Are you looking for a new role in Transport Operations?  We have a fantastic opportunity for a Transport Controller to join a team based in LHR, to work with high profile airlines, delivering exceptional customer service & meeting tight deadlines.The Transport Controller will be required to be an efficient, competent, and committed member of the 24/7 Transport team, working collaboratively with all transport operations to deliver the shared aim of consistently excellent service delivery for their customers.This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday shifts, holiday cover will be required so you need to be flexibleDaily duties will include: Planning routes for vehicles Liaising with drivers, briefing and debriefing Monitoring drivers hours and ensuring compliance Handling incoming calls and providing a high level of customer service Monitoring drivers Handling queries Experience needed: Previous transport controlling Good geographical knowledge of London / UK Excellent communication skills verbal and written Working hours:Monday to Friday 21:00 - 0700 Benefits: Company pension On-site parking If you are interested in this role please click apply or call the office
