Night Duty Manager - HullSalary: £35,000 per annumHours: 5 over 7 nights on a rota basisLocation: HullWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our team in Hull. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the smooth running of operations during night shifts while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and staff performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise team rotas, handle staff issues, and authorise holidays and sick leaveInterview, hire, and train new employeesEvaluate employee performance, providing coaching and guidance where neededManage department-specific initiatives to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budgetProvide support across departments and cover for absent staff when necessaryEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulationsMaintain a consistent, high standard of customer serviceDrive marketing initiatives and promote special offers to staff and customersStay informed on market trends to support purchase and inventory decisionsReport any HSE hazards, incidents, or illnesses to your line manager promptlyCorrectly use all work equipment and PPE in accordance with training and safety guidelines
