FLT Counterbalance Driver People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Severn Beach, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity, offering excellent rates of pay and genuine opportunities for growth and progression. This is a temporary role into the new year. Shifts:4 on 4 off 7.00am-7.00pm. Pay rate: £14.67 an hour Benefits include: Excellent hourly rates Employee well-being programme Ongoing work Weekly pay Overtime available On-site canteen Free parking Immediate starts Day-to-day duties: As an FLT Counterbalance Driver your duties will include (but not be limited to): Driving and operating a Forklift. Receiving white goods into the warehouse Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods Organising stock for deliveries Moving goods around the warehouse as required Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times Loading and unloading General warehouse duties when required. Essential skills: To be successful as an FLT Counterbalance Driver you will need: A valid counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) Experience driving FLT - counterbalance Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task Strong spatial awareness Accuracy and attention to detail Good organisational skills Reliability Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks The ability to work effectively as part of a team Desirable experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse environmentTraining Full training will be provided, and you will be required to pass an assessment.
