Anchor Pipework Ltd and its associated companies are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to manage the daily financial operations of the businesses. This is a key role with the opportunity to contribute to strategic financial management and ensure the smooth running of core finance functions.ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for directorsOversee year-end processes and ensure accurate financial recordsManage sales and purchase ledgers, invoicing, and work-in-progress trackingAdminister PAYE, VAT, CIS returns, and paymentsManage reverse VAT Processing nominal ledger journals and adjustmentsComplete bank reconciliations and produce cashflow forecastsSupport the annual budgeting process and departmental financial planningGenerating financial reports as requiredExperience & QualificationsMinimum 5 years experience in a finance role (construction sector preferred)AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualificationStrong knowledge of CIS and reverse VAT processes (preferred)Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
