Estimator - Builder

Our client is a leading construction company based in Co. Armagh. Committed to the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability, they deliver outstanding projects which meet and exceed clients' expectations. They currently seek an experienced Estimator to join their team. With a proven track record in either main contracting or with significant subcontractors, the successful candidate will aspire to work on tenders ranging from £1M- £10M. They will have experience in liaising with purchasing departments and communicating with suppliers/ subcontractors, as well as of managing and coordinating subcontractor, plant and materials enquiries. A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and a strong attention to detail, candidates should also: Be able to price from first principles i.e. labour, plant and materials Be able to record, measure and take off from tender drawings Have experience of creating tender deliverable schedules from a client's tender documentation and of managing the tender process Have experience of using Conquest estimating software and a good level of IT Competence In return for your commitment you will receive an excellent salary and remuneration package.
