Howells are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Glazier to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in the Hastings area. Company van and fuel card will be provided.

Multi Trade Experience - Core trade in Glazing.

Multi Trade Experience - You will also be confident in carrying out additional trades such as minor Carpentry, UPVC, Basic Plumbing, minor Brickwork, Patch Plastering and Tiling.

Additional Requirements

NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified (Level 2 minimum) or Time ServedValid Clean UK Driving LicenceCurrent valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as requiredExperience working within tenanted propertiesFamiliar with PDA usageClean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
