Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engaging with candidates via multiple job boards, also seeking out niche skilled individuals
  • Managing and guiding candidates through recruitment process from the application to start date
  • Interviewing and screening candidates
  • Liaising and building relationships with clients to successfully assist with their recruiting needs


Key Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills – you must be able to handle a heavy and fast-paced workload
  • To enjoy working to targets
  • Strong IT skills, including the use of MS Office applications (CRM/ATS systems are a bonus)
