Working within the busy Service Delivery function the IT Administration Team are responsible for the day-to-day administration of the IT function. This may include processing invoices placing orders managing hardware assets and licenses looking after the IT starter and leaver processes documentation and resolving some user support & service requests. You will assist in the review and streamlining of IT processes to ensure they are fit for purpose help to reduce errors and maintain standards across IT. Working with the Service Delivery Manager and other IT team members you will ensure our hardware and software assets and licenses are maintained effectively and deliver value for money. You will be responsible for maintaining our IT catalogue and IT SharePoint pages. You will need to be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.
