Project Surveyor - North Acton Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package Sector: Large-Scale Residential Development Location: Site-Based - North Acton A major residential developer is seeking aProject Surveyorto join its commercial team on alandmark multi-phase residential schemein North Acton. This role offers the chance to work on one of the area's most significant developments, supporting a highly experienced Lead Surveyor while taking ownership of key commercial packages. The Role As a site-based Project Surveyor, you will play a central role in ensuring the commercial success of a large and complex residential project. Responsibilities include: Assisting the Lead Surveyor with cost management and reportingManaging subcontractor packages from procurement through to final accountPreparing valuations, variations, and commercial documentationSupporting monthly financial reviews and forecastingConducting site measurements and monitoring progress against budgetsMaintaining strong relationships with site teams, subcontractors, and client representativesEnsuring robust contract administration and complianceAbout You Proven experience in a quantity surveying or project surveying role within residential constructionStrong commercial and contractual understandingConfident working on site as part of a large project teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skillsAbility to work proactively and independently while supporting senior commercial leadershipWhat's on Offer Salary up to £60,000 , depending on experienceAttractive package , including car allowance and benefitsLong-term career progression opportunities within a respected developerDay-to-day involvement in a major residential scheme with real responsibilityA stable, supportive, and collaborative working environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
