As a file handler, you will handle a caseload of volume credit hire to RTA claims valuing from MOJ/OIC claims to a full litigated caseload. These claims value from small claims to fast track depending on each file. Candidate Criteria 1 Years experience in credit hire to motor accident 1 Years at a law firm working as a file handler Ability to run a caseload of credit hire files Full understanding of the credit hire to RTA process MOJ/OIC Portal claims and litigated cases To be considered – you must have a background in handling a caseload of RTA to credit hire files at a law firm.
