The OpportunityWere seeking a visionary and commercially focused Head of Accreditations and Retention to lead a global department responsible for credentialing strategy practitioner lifecycle optimisation and commercial growth. This role is pivotal in shaping how we deliver and scale accreditation licensing and retention processes across our global network turning practitioner enthusiasm into long-term engagement and measurable business success.Youll be the strategic connector across geographies and functions aligning Community Activation Product & Innovation Sales and Customer Success to create a seamless high-impact practitioner journey.
