RecruitBlock is recruiting an Analyst for a quantitative market maker specializing in cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based assets, that provides digital asset trading infrastructure, liquidity solutions and enables high velocity, efficient and secure transactions. It partners with the biggest companies and projects in the industry including cryptocurrency exchanges and defi exchanges.


This role is remote based in the UK.

How will you spend your time at work?

  • Maintaining and building relationships to ensure Customer success, generating monthly customer reports, updating and creating live customer dashboards and communicating with partners.
  • Business Developing new prospects and partners, including initial calls and generating and creating proposals for prospects.
  • Performing analysis, reviewing dashboards and trading data.
  • Undertaking real-time tracking of strategy performance.
  • Performing analysis of strategy performance relative to benchmarks and SLAs and recommending improvements based on findings.
  • Build trading plans and forecasts using proprietary tools.
  • Deploy new trading strategies, expand and update existing strategies to additional markets.


Here’s what you’ll bring to this Analyst role;

  • Experience working in and using crypto/blockchain.
  • Highly analytical and numerate with the ability to translate insights into actions, a trading background would be helpful.
  • Quantitative understanding with ability to read and interpret trading charts and graphs.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Experienced in managing customer relationships and delivering customer success.
  • Native level written and spoken English.
  • Growth mindset and desire for constant improvement.
  • Ability to understand and interpret instructions and execute procedures.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self drive and the ability to motivate including remotely.


Interview process

  • Interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min).
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager (60 minutes).
  • Final interview with the Founder and HR (60 min).
