Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for 2x Pipe Fitters on an Initial 6 month contract based in Lincoln. This role is Inside IR35 Requirements: * Must have Instrumentation/ Fabrication background * To be able to bend and form tubing using hand bending tools ranging from ¼”- 1” tube. * To bend and form 1”- 3” using machine tool process. * Ability to identify tube and flange details in accordance to specifications. * Fitting, bending, forming and termination of small bore pipe work assemblies. * Setting up pipe fabrications, tacking in position ready for welding. * Assembly of pipe assemblies using “Swagelok” fittings. * The ability to prepare and set up pipe fabrications (weld joint preparation) to contract specific drawings and systems. * To have knowledge and clear understanding of engineering drawings, schematics and P&ID’s. * Must be able to work under supervision by the Team leader/Cell Manager. * To maintain good house always keeping and cleanliness within the department and adhere to all current and new Health & Safety requirements. * Be physically fit; carry out manual work based on a minimum 8hr shift within the manufacturing package build.
