Title: Conveyancing Legal AssistantJob Type: Full Time - Office based roleHours: Monday - Friday (9 am - 5 pm)Location: CoventryMain Responsibilities:Providing full support to our Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently.Preparing correspondence using our case management system.Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.Diary ManagementArranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.Audio type from dictationCarrying out other duties and responsibilities as requiredDeal with routine client correspondence and queries.Ideal Candidate:Have excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing.Demonstrate initiative and be able to undertake searches & ID checks.Possess high levels of speed and accuracy.Excellent audio typing from dictation skillsHave a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.Package:Salary circa £24,000 (DOE)Pension SchemeHealth cash plan for workplace wellbeingEmployee referral bonusUp to 33 days' paid leave per yearChristmas ShutdownRandstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
