SMT Operator - Electronics SMT Operator - Job Role: As an SMT Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating SMD equipment, which includes DEK printers and Siemens placement machines. Occasionally, you will also assist with other assembly tasks, such as hand placement. Candidates should have experience in Surface Mount processes and be capable of consistently delivering high-quality output. The role requires standing for most of the day and handling small electronic components as tiny as 0201. Duties are diverse and include operating a single line, supporting colleagues on other lines, preparing feeders and kits, and utilising various inspection equipment. Trainees are welcome to apply, with starting salaries at the lower end of the pay scale.
