Divisional Manager PPE Testing

Job DescriptionA leading global technical services organisation is seeking a dynamic Divisional Manager to lead its PPE Testing and Certification division. This senior role offers the opportunity to shape strategy drive growth and ensure the delivery of industry-leading testing and certification services.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the PPE Testing & Certification teams to achieve year-on-year growth in revenue and profit.Support strategic planning and business development initiatives for the division.Drive sales marketing and promotional activities creating new revenue streams through changes in standards and legislation.Maintain ISO 17065 and ISO 17025 accreditations as well as Notified/Approved Body status in relevant regions.Collaborate with international teams to coordinate PPE activities.Ensure staff competencies are maintained and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Oversee safe and efficient laboratory operations and prepare business cases for capital investments.Represent the organisation in industry forums committees and standards bodies.Manage performance against budgets and operational KPIs implementing interventions where necessary.What Were Looking For:Intelligent inspiring leader with gravitas ambition and a strategic mindset.Proven track record of business growth and developing new revenue streams.Exceptional communicator and networker with strong organisational and operational skills.Extensive knowledge of the PPE market ideally with experience in both TIC and manufacturing sectors.Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in the TIC or technical services industry.Experience leading change managing multiple teams and fostering continuous improvement.Strong network of contacts within the PPE industry.Desirable:Experience growing sales in China and SE Asia.Knowledge of global product safety compliance.Benefits:2530 days annual leave (service-related)Life assurance income protection and group pension planFree parking and flexible working hoursThis is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a globally respected organisation drive strategic initiatives and make a real impact in the PPE testing and certification sector.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills area management,Employee Evaluation,Cold Calling,Construction Experience,Management Experience,Profit & Loss,Territory Management,Restoration,Sales Management,Budgeting,Leadership Experience,Mentoring Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
