Job Description: As a SAP S4/HANA Support Analyst (SD), you will operate within a fast-paced, evolving environment alongside a team of accomplished professionals. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape its development as we expand our operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new functionalities across our global venture.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP 1st and 2nd line incidents for the Commercial Sales team, employing sound knowledge of change, incident, and problem management methodologies.
  • Prioritize and address end user requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business and IT, coordinating with third-party providers in the commercial sales domain.
  • Maintain comprehensive and current documentation for easy reference within the team.


Requirements:

  • University degree preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
  • Proficiency in SAP SD, preferably within automotive or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Business Partner setup and other SD master data.
  • Previous involvement in SD configuration and development across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with other SAP Modules such as FI and MM, with particular emphasis on FI.
  • Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems.
  • Ability to manage and organize Fiori tiles.
  • Background in SAP Business Analysis, encompassing investigation, analysis, design, build, and testing of applications.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and its integration points with other modules.
