Position:Quantity Surveyor Location:Nazeing, Essex (Office-Based 3.5 Days / On-Site 1.5 Days) Salary:£50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) We're working with a specialist high-end construction and fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering luxury residential and bespoke commercial projects across Central London. Due to a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This newly created position offers an excellent opportunity to work on technically complex and design-led schemes, including basement excavations, high-spec refurbishments, and full M&E fit-outs. You'll be joining a business that values quality, collaboration, and long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
