Here at Aspire People, we are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated SEMH Specialist Teaching Assistants to join a successful and supportive Learning Support team. If you have experience working with secondary-age pupils with SEMH needs and are passionate about making a positive difference in students' lives, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: * Provide tailored support to secondary-age students with SEMH needs within the classroom and on a 1:1 or small group basis * Assist in the delivery of differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of students * Support students in managing their emotions, behaviours, and social interactions * Work closely with the teaching staff and SENCO to develop and implement individual learning plans * Monitor and record students' progress, and provide feedback to teachers and parents * Help create a positive, inclusive, and calm learning environment for students * Contribute to...
