Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50m and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.Purpose of the Role * To deliver Plastering or Tiling for responsive or routine maintenance repairs * To deliver plastering and tiling work on construction contracts * To discuss issues directly on site with customers to determine exact requirements * Carry out work to specifications, drawing and work sheets * Undertake Joinery work in numerous locations on each day with minimal supervision * To act as a mentor within the workplace for apprentices * Accurately complete all relevant internal and external paperwork * To drive company vehicles responsiblyHours of Work * Monday to Friday / 8.00am to 4.30pm (40 Hours per week)Qualifications & Skills * Time Served OR City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 Plastering (Preferred not Essential) * Full UK Driving Licence * Clean ShavenBenefits * Company Van / Phone / PDA * Uniform and PPE supplied * All Tools and Plant provided * Overtime Available * Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm
