Reservations Agent

Overview:

Our client is an award-winning serviced apartment provider in Edinburgh and Glasgow who are looking for a Reservations/Guest Relations Agent to join their friendly team. Ideally you will have experience in reservations across the hospitality or property industry.

Job Information:

• £26,000 per annum. Full time, permanent position
• 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week on a 7-day rota
• Opportunity to develop and grow in the company

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure the guest journey from booking to check out is seamless and professional.
• Have a welcoming personality to guests coming to our office.
• Deliver a proactive sales culture within the office.
• Manage all aspect of booking, payments, guest enquiries and customer feedback.
• Running reports & updating spreadsheets.
• Manage guest reviews, responding to comments and investigating any complaints.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Organisational and problem solving skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Flexible and adaptable to new company requirements
• Keen eye for detail and accurate management of customer data
