Our client is keen to bolster what is already one of the strongest corporate/finance teams in the market and is keen to hear from 2024 NQs with seats in Corporate, Banking & Finance, and/or Private Equity/Funds. Lawyers in this leading offshore firm are engaged in high-quality and complex international legal work, often in a far more ‘hands-on’ role than might be typical in a larger City-type firm. They enjoy a strong low-tax earning potential and are encouraged to begin building client contacts from day one, making for excellent career prospects. The Channel Islands

Interviews will take place by videoconference with start dates depending on your qualification date. Our clients provide comprehensive assistance with visas (if required) and relocation. 

Requirements

The role is aimed at lawyers qualifying in 2024 but could suit lawyers across the NQ-2 years' PQE range. You will be admitted in the UK, Ireland or in a Commonwealth jurisdiction (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, South Africa). You will need strong academics (2.1 minimum) and will have trained/practised with a respected commercial firm (London/Regional UK/International), including experience in at least one of corporate, banking & finance, or investment funds.  You will be a confident communicator who enjoys client contact.
