We are hiring a Contract Recruiter like you to work with and learn from our experienced team so that you can fulfil your true capabilities and achieve greatness


You would be joining numi and sharing all of your experiences with us as a knockout contract Recruiter to help build a function that puts people first.


You'd get to work with Founders who run a £1.6m desk with 70 runners, and you would be a key person in shaping how we grow numi together for the future.


This is a major project so you should be prepared to put in the work and be experienced as a 360 Recruitment Consultant capable of winning over new clients and inspiring contractors.


The reward from this is having involvement in helping us build a company, becoming a key decision maker & becoming the first in line for promotions.



About you



You’re experienced in one of our core markets; software engineering, DevOps, Product & Tech or you’d be the sort of person who’s not afraid of hard work to build out something special - think of what doing that could mean for your progression
