Mechanical Supervisor – Cambridge – 8 Month ContractStarting January 2026. As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee all mechanical installation activities on site, ensuring that works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification. You'll liaise with project managers, coordinate mechanical teams, and take responsibility for maintaining quality and progress throughout the project.Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams on siteEnsure all works meet drawings, specifications, and health & safety standardsOversee installation of HVAC, plantroom, and mechanical systemsAttend site coordination meetings and report on progressCarry out quality checks and ensure compliance with project documentationDeliver toolbox talks and support RAMS implementationAssist with testing, commissioning, and project handover Mechanical Supervisor Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on large commercial projectsStrong background in HVAC / Building Services installationsSSSTS or SMSTS certificationValid CSCS/JIB cardExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to interpret drawings and specificationsStrong understanding of health and safety compliance Mechanical Supervisor Details
