DescriptionInvestigation & Compliance Specialist - Grade 6 - SalarypaDetails of the job:Investigating complex complaintsSome involvement in handling FOI EIR and SARsProducing high-quality customer-focused responsesAdvising on Data Protection GDPR and information governanceManaging cases referred to the Local Government and Housing OmbudsmanIdentifying service improvements and promoting best practiceWe are looking for a candidate with skills in:Strong analytical and communication skillsExperience in complaint resolution or information governance (or a willingness to learn)Ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesA proactive impartial and empathetic approachFamiliarity with legislation such as FOI DPA and GDPR is a plusIf you want to be part of a team that values fairness transparency and continuous improvement and work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development.
