BIM Coordinator

Due to the continued growth of King and Moffatt Building Services we are now looking to add to our Design team based in our Edinburgh office.What you would do:Modelling drawing and coordinating mechanical and electrical designs to ensure projects can be constructed with little or no rework once the site team commence work.Attendance on weekly internal model and design team meetings and project BIM meetings with the main contractors.Ensuring the latest models drawings and designs from all other stakeholders are being used and notifying engineers and site team of any changes to these models or drawings.Generating revit models from the senior engineers outputs (sketches / hevacomp / cymap / DIALux / Relux).Creation of revit families where manufactures files are not available.Model Skids & Modules to allow K&M offsite to manufacture and deliver to site.Manage clash reporting and clash resolution between disciplines.Maintain ACC / BIM360 cloud Models & reporting.Provide technical assistance to project team where required while project is ongoing.Integration of Cloud Point Surveys.Ensure compliance with all project BIM documentation.Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.Qualifications : Previous Revit MEP experience in the construction / building services fieldRelevant qualification in BIM or Mechanical or Electrical engineering is beneficial Ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner (in person and over email)Additional Information : Having an inclusive and flexible culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong dynamic and innovative organisation.As well as being supported and encouraged to develop your career here at King and Moffatt we also offer the following:Competitive salaryProfessional Development support Employee Assistance Program Health and Wellness programs Bike to work schemeAt King and Moffatt we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation creativity and success.
