Its clients include many of the worlds leading firms in their respective industries. The Groups primary focus is on delivering creative solutions to clients for mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital raising.As an Analyst in the Investment BankingEMEA Healthcare team you will be a key player in our business strategy and execution. You will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches reviewing and formulating financial models and analysis preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. You will play a leadership role in implementing the execution function including working with other analysts and associates as well as collaborating closely with senior bankers. You will also have plenty of opportunities to partner with other bankers from the group as well as colleagues from other industry and product teams across EMEA and globally. Joining here means youll become part of our inclusive teams and culture unified by the firms mission and commitment to success.Job responsibilitiesProject co-ordination including client communication co-ordination of advisory team externally and within the bankDevelop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactionsConduct detailed Real Estate valuation analysis and other financial analysis including DCF trading comparables transaction comparables LBO analysis and transaction structuringPrepare presentation books management presentations Board materials Memorandums and other presentation materials for use in corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogueConduct daily deal execution and project management and take leadership in supporting client coverage by maintaining regular dialogue with clients and potential clientsInteract with senior team members and client management teams on a daily basis to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternativesLiaise with J.P. Morgan product teams and global sector teams along with UK equities and research departmentsRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsPrior investment banking experience specifically in a Healthcare coverage role(deal experience inBiotech&Pharma vertical will be a competitive advantage)Proficient financial modelling / valuation / analytical / numeracy skillsAbility to react well to pressure whilst multitasking on numerous projectsAbility to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature mannerHigh level of attention to detail proactivity and time managementComfort in and commitment to an inclusive teamwork environmentAbility to comfortably interact with people in a professional and mature mannerHighly organised detail oriented and proactiveExceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validityThis role encompasses the performance of regulated activity.
