Aftersales Manager required for Leading Motorhome & Caravan Dealership in the Tewkesbury area.Our Client is currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team to effectively manage their aftersales operations within their vibrant well-established and thriving Main Car Dealership.What they are looking for in an Aftersales Manager
  • At least two/three years’ experience at a supervisory, workshop control, or management level within a similar automotive aftersales orientated business
  • A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
  • Strong Technical knowledge
  • An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager for our Client
  • Promotion of our client's business, its products and services
  • Liaising with and giving full service to the sales team.
  • Responsibility for all service centre day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure compliance of Health & Safety regulations.
  • To regularly audit and compile report on company owned tools and equipment.
  • To assume responsibility for annual accessory and parts stock take.
  • To control performance to budgets against monthly and annual accounts.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times by following and working within our computer system and customer care programme.
  • Performing any other ad hoc tasks, as required, which will help to contribute to the overall performance of our client's business
