Youll oversee our Education Centre and the Bournville Experience heritage zone helping shape the future of one of the UKs most iconic attractions.What youll do:Lead and support the Education Team to deliver brilliant talks and workshops for schools and educational groups.Manage the booking process and maximise school visits to fill our education spaces.Take ownership of heritage displays collating artefacts and curating engaging stories that bring Cadbury history to life.Ensure all education rooms are safe clean technically sound and guest-ready every day.Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement across talks workshops and heritage experiences.Recruit train and develop the Education Team ensuring everyone has the tools and confidence to deliver magic.Collaborate with other departments across Cadbury World to support attraction-wide success.Handle education guest complaints in line with policy turning challenges into opportunities for better experiences.Develop and deliver new heritage talks and tours making our story more accessible and exciting for every visitor.This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday.
