Working closely with the Company Directors you will be responsible for correctly understanding, interpreting, delivering & ensuring full compliance on all ppm/maintenance contracts successfully tendered for by the Company. This will involve developing a thorough understanding & working knowledge of the existing Software Programs, Sage 200, Microsoft, Scion Service & Scion Contracts Manager currently used by the Company to deliver such contracts. Setting up contracts on the system to facilitate delivery of same Understanding customer requirements & their reporting systems Ensuring all equipment tendered for is recorded on our system. Monitoring contract performance, Monitoring KPI SLA's agreements Ensure PPM schedules are being adhered to All relevant paperwork is delivered to client in timely manner. All ppm work is invoiced under agreed terms. Assist service department with PPM follow up work. Assist service department in delivery associated ad-hoc service work. Ensure ad-hoc service calls are being invoiced in timely fashion. Assisting with training new admin staff recruited to work on PPM contracts.
