Caretaker - Fixed-termWe are currently recruiting for a fixed-term caretaker at Berkhamsted School. The working hours for this role will be 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday.Summary of responsibilities * Grounds maintenance including general gardening and grass cutting including cleanliness of school grounds and building exteriors * Handyman activities including minor repairs to the school properties. * Carry out minor maintenance requests as required * Provide assistance in organising the set-up of both school and external events taking place across the schools property portfolio, as requiredAbility to work under your own initiative and within structured timescales is essential. The successful candidate will have good communication skills to listen to customer needs and summarise technical building issues in understandable terms.Caretaker - Fixed-term
