Area Sales Manager (HVAC) Company Description Our Client is the largest independent distributor and stockists of heating, ventilation, and insulation products in Northern Ireland. Their mission is to provide quality services and products to their commercial customers and become their trusted partners for all their needs. They have been in the industry for over 50 years and have established themselves as the go-to provider for all HVAC and insulation solutions. Role Description This is a field-based role covering Northern Ireland. Dealing mainly with contractors, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for: Identifying and targeting new customers Building strong relationships with existing customer base Presenting new products and services to clients and potential clients Preparing quotations and negotiating contracts Providing feedback on new projects, competitor activity, market developments Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities. Candidate Requirements Experience with HVAC or similar products Proven track record in sales and business development Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present products and services to potential customers Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Valid driver's license Remuneration Salary negotiable DOE Company Car Bonus Private medical & life insurance Skills: Sales New Business Development Key Account Management Communication Organisational Skills Benefits: Competitive Salary Company Car Performance Bonus Private Medical Insurance Life Insurance
